I have worked as a therapist in the college population for over 20 years. I have an integrative approach to therapy that focuses on the things I believe shape us, including our families of origin and our attachments to them, our social experiences, our traumatic experiences, our motivations, and our ways of thinking about ourselves, others, and the world. I see older adolescents, adults, and couples, and I enjoy helping these clients sort through various short and long-term issues and stresses in order to lead more satisfying, productive, and fully conscious lives.
