The treatment relationship is a critical component of successful therapy, and as such it is a cornerstone in my work with all clients. I strive to quickly put clients at ease and provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify their strengths, process through significant life events, communicate their feelings, and develop positive coping strategies.
In my 15+ years of practice I have worked with individuals age 4 to 70. I collaborate with my clients to create an individualized experience incorporating their life experiences along with evidence based approaches including positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment, narrative therapy, family therapy, and play therapy.
