As a woman of color and as someone with a lot of life experience, I have a unique perspective and understanding of my clients. I am passionate about helping clients empower themselves in their journey to self-discovery. Resilience is the the overall tone of treatment with me and within that I explore skills and methods that individually suit my clients-this is not a one size fits all space. I hope to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental space where they can learn what it means to just be themselves and to trust what that means.
