If you are dissatisfied with the “now” in your story, I can help you. I work with a variety of clients, and have particular training and experience in the realm of sexuality. (Working with a broad range of sexual health matters, including: shame & desire struggles; sexual trauma; sexual dysfunction; gender identity; out of control sexual behavior; etc.) This does not mean that sex is all we will discuss: because sexuality touches, and is touched by, every part of who we are. While talking about sexuality can be vulnerable and scary, it is also a realm of great beauty and meaning, and can be a key to unlocking our deepest aliveness.

My role is to listen and learn the language that is particular to you and your story. I have an attachment-based approach that begins with providing a safe place for you to tell your story. As this exploration unfolds, our “reading” of your past and present will become fertile ground for you to choose how to step into the chapter that you are about to write.

I am honored any time a person invites me to walk alongside of them in the midst of their story. I know first hand the tremendous courage it takes to embark on the journey of therapy, especially with regard to issues of sexuality.
