Mishelle Rodriguez, LP

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative and empowering, tailored to fit each client's unique needs. With over 12 years of experience in community mental health and university counseling centers, I am often sought out by clients who are reluctant to try counseling (including people of color, men, athletes, and survivors of complex trauma). My services are designed to help everyday people deal with the difficulties and complexities of life and mental health challenges, as well as people looking to grow and achieve new goals.

My approach is based on deep respect for the wisdom and resilience within each person. So I work with each client to get a holistic picture of who they are, the issues they are facing, what they want to accomplish, and then intentionally choose effective strategies to create meaningful change. I have a small group practice. If my caseload is full, I may be able to connect you with one of my other therapists.
