Asking for help can be hard, but many challenges are easier to face with support and assistance. I offer a comfortable, safe space to talk, and I really enjoy working with students. I worked for UM CAPS for 7 years as the embedded CAPS counselor at the Ross School of Business. I am a friendly and engaged therapist. I approach my work with dedication, compassion, and a sense of humor. I care deeply about my clients and feel honored that I get to help them overcome challenges, cope with difficult situations, and heal past wounds. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and should be tailored for each client, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I will listen carefully and share my thoughts on how we can best approach your problem. We will work together to devise strategies and meet your goals. I look forward to collaborating with you.
