I worked at U of M CAPS for 17 years and have extensive experience working with college students. I approach therapy from an interpersonal, client centered, strength-based and systems perspective within the context of multicultural and social justice awareness.

Given the current political climate and increase of acts of oppression and violence especially toward minority and international students, I am committed to providing compassionate, therapeutic support to encourage positive self-care and coping strategies.

I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) mindfulness and other strategies that will help clients improve the quality of their lives while providing a comfortable and safe environment. Exceptionally close to campus. My email address is llrose@umich.edu
